Protection Cover for a radar and optronic tracking system for naval vessels. Made of hybrid glass/carbon sandwich laminate, manufactured with vacuum infusion. Contour milling and hole drilling carried out with 5-axis NC-controlled milling machine for maximum accuracy and repeatability. Requirement is low weight, high stiffness and EMI protection.
